Two If By Sea Coin Co. (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) specializes in rare coins, precious metals, currency, exonumia, and related collectibles.

We strive to accurately describe all items, including condition, certification, eye appeal, toning, and quality. However:

• All descriptions represent opinions based on industry standards and experience 
• Third-party grading services (PCGS, NGC, CAC, ANACS, etc.) are independent opinions and may change 
• Coin appearance may vary due to lighting, photography, and screen settings 

Buyers are encouraged to review all images and ask questions before purchasing as purchases are final unless otherwise agreed upon.

Prices are subject to change without notice due to market conditions. Items are subject to prior sale.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or cancel transactions when necessary.

Orders are not final until payment has been received and cleared.

We reserve the right to cancel unpaid orders. Failing to pay in a timely matter may result in order cancellation and future purchase restrictions.

We ship items securely and  require signature confirmation on all our packages.

Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon carrier-confirmed delivery.

We are not responsible for carrier delays, incorrect addresses, or packages marked as delivered.

 All sales are final unless the item is not the item pictured or described in the listing. Return requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery confirmation. Any request beyond this timeframe may not be accepted unless prior written permission is granted by Two If By Sea Coin Co. Returns will only be accepted if the item is materially not as described. Any other return requests are subject to approval at our sole discretion. All returned items must be in original condition and holder. Any signs of alteration, damage, or removal from encapsulation voids eligibility for return.

All items are guaranteed authentic unless otherwise stated.

Third-party graded coins are subject to the grading service’s guarantee.

We are not responsible for indirect damages, market fluctuations, or investment outcomes.

Liability is limited to the purchase price of the item in question.

Rare coins and precious metals fluctuate in value. Purchases should not be considered guaranteed investments. Past performance, auction records, or population reports do not guarantee future value.

Buyers assume all market risk associated with ownership.

All website content, including text, logos, and descriptions, is the property of Two If By Sea Coin Co. and may not be copied or used without permission.

Users agree not to misuse the website, engage in fraud, or attempt unauthorized access.

We do not sell customer information. Data is handled responsibly and in accordance with applicable standards.
